HOW TO BOOK AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. The first step is to book the desired boat for the desired day and duration. Please note that there are two different rental options (half day and full day).
2. Inform our staff that you require a skipper:

💻 If the booking is made through the website, the skipper extra must be added during the booking process (provided the booking is made at least 72 hours in advance). Otherwise, the skipper service and, if necessary, the booking will be cancelled.

📋 If the booking is made in person, you must inform our office staff so we can add it to your reservation.

⚠️​ REMEMBER THE SKIPPER RESERVATION MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 72H IN ADVANCE TO ALLOW OUR STAFF TO MANAGE YOUR REQUEST  

3. Once the booking has been confirmed, we will take care of finding and contacting a professional skipper available for the day of your rental.

4. On the day of the rental, you will meet the assigned skipper at our office. At that moment, you may discuss and agree on the route, stops, and any requests you may have.

WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE AND WHAT TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT?

1. The skipper service price does not include fuel, food, drinks, or other activities.

2. The amount paid will be entirely allocated to covering the skipper’s services.

3. Most our skippers speak Catalan and Spanish. We cannot guarantee the availability of English- or French-speaking skippers for the requested day.

4. No security deposit is required if a skipper is hired.

5. The skipper will be responsible for the boat and navigation. It is very important to listen to and follow all instructions and rules provided by the skipper.
